University ties

Strong connections with the Jagiellonian University and other institutions of higher education contribute to the outstanding quality of services offered by SPCG.

Four SPCG partners are professors at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. They are: prof. dr hab. Tomasz Gizbert-Studnicki (Theory of Law Department), prof. dr hab. Krzysztof Płeszka (Theory of Law Department), prof. of the Jagiellonian University and dr hab. Zbigniew Ćwiąkalski (Criminal Law Department), prof. dr hab. Sławomir Dudzik (European Law Department).

The SPCG lawyers are also academics at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Silesian University (dr hab. Tomasz Pietrzykowski) and the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław (dr Piotr Rodziwicz).

Furthermore, several SPCG lawyers take part in the work of other organizational units of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University, i.e. the Polish-German Center for Banking Law (dr Tomasz Spyra) and the Coordination Center for the Foreign Law Schools.

The close ties with the academic circles enable SPCG to obtain advising services and expert analyses from the top specialists in the particular areas of law. SPCG combines the best in academic experience (analytical skills, in-depth legal knowledge, critical approach to doctrine and judicature) with many years of practice and understanding of the business facts and needs.
