SPCG advised shareholders of Obido Sp. z o.o that runs an innovative service connecting residential developers with potential clients, in the sale transaction of Obido to OLX Global B.V., belonging to the OLX Group, a leading global network of trading platforms.

As indicated in the press release, Obido will join OLX Group’s local portfolio in Poland alongside its other well-known brands including OLX and Otodom. The transaction will allow OLX Group to develop its real estate offering, by reaching  homeseekers and developers in new and even more effective ways in the primary market. For Obido, the deal offers new development opportunities as part of a global network.
