At the end of September, Vafo Group a.s. – one of the leaders in the Pet Food industry in Europe – has finalized purchase transaction of 100% shares in Carry Pet Food sp. z o.o.
Comprehensive legal advisory services of SPCG in the course of the transaction included performing of the due diligence examination and representing Vafo Group during negotiations of the transaction documentation, as well as support in finalizing the transaction.

Carry Pet Food Sp. z o.o. is a private label manufacturer specialized in production of high-quality chews for dogs. The company was established in 1992 in Weida/Thüringen in Germany and firstly was named “Weider Hundekauartikel”. The manufacture was mainly focused on producing pressed bones from rawhide and since then has been recognized as specialist in chews production. In 2009 company changed name to “Carry Petfood GmbH” and with its growing capacity it has moved in 2013 to the northern Poland to new modern factory meeting the highest quality standards.
