Agnieszka Kubala specialises in civil and commercial law.
She focuses mainly on advising clients from the banking sector. She has extensive experience, in particular in enforcement, bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings involving banks as creditors, as well as litigation, including in foreign currency loans.
She has a practice in providing services to clients from the dermocosmetic industry. Also provides day-to-day corporate services to commercial law companies.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. Academic scholarship holder at the University of Orléans (France) in 2003-2004 under the Socrates-Erasmus programme.
