Iga Jaworska specialises in labour law, with special interest in compensation proceedings related to employee claims resulting from mobbing, discrimination, accidents at work, occupational diseases or employment termination. She prepares comprehensive documentation related to the employment of employees, as well as advises on current labour law matters. She is experienced in providing corporate services to business entities and in drafting commercial contracts.
Iga has been with the firm since June 2001. She represents SPCG clients in legal disputes within the field of labour law, business law and civil law.
She completed Postgraduate Studies in Competition and Consumer Protection Law at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow at the Institute of Inventiveness and Protection of Intellectual Property (2001) and Postgraduate Tax Studies at the WSB Schools of Banking in Poznań (2003).
