SPCG advised the Spanish company Invall Green Energy in the sale of shares in the project company Pomerania Invall sp. o.o. to Lietuvos Energija Renewables, a company from the Lietuvos Energija Group.
Pomerania Invall sp. o.o. is a special purpose company implementing in the north of Poland one of the largest wind farm projects in Poland, consisting of 29 wind power plants with total 94MW power. The company at the end of 2018 successfully participated in the auction for sale of the energy organized by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, submitting one of the most attractive offer among auction’s winners.
SPCG team advised Pomerania Invall sp. o.o. in connection with the development of the “Pomerania” project and Invall Green Energy in connection with its sale transaction. In particular, SPCG advised Pomerania Invall sp. o.o. in regulatory issues in thescope of renewable energy and legal matters related to the implementation of investments in the field of wind energy.
SPCG also comprehensively advised Invall Green Energy on all aspects of the sale of shares in Pomerania Invall sp. o.o., including the preparation of „Pomerania” project for sale, preparation of transaction documentation and negotiations with the buyer.
