Mateusz Bartosiak has several years of experience in financing transactions and comprehensive corporate services for business entities. He has negotiated financing contracts, as well as contractual securities related to them. His previous practice also includes matters related to Anti-Money-Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act.
Before joining the SPCG team, he was an in-house lawyer for over five years in an international entity providing financial services to entrepreneurs. Currently, he advises mainly companies from automotive sector, which are part of international corporations, where he identifies legal risks and provides optimal business solutions.
- A graduate of postgraduate studies “Academy of Companies” at SGH Warsaw School of Economics (2017).
- Since 2019, he has been an attorney-at-law at Warsaw Bar Association.
- He completed a course “Diploma in English Law & Legal Skills” conducted by the British Law Centre in cooperation with the University of Warsaw (2023).
- He obtained the qualification “Conducting judicial and extrajudicial mediation in civil cases” confirmed by a certificate issued by the Lewiatan Mediation Center (2024).
- He completed the course “Approved Compliance Officer” organized by the Compliance Institute (2024)
- Member of the Commission for Promotion and Professional Development at the Warsaw Bar Association (since 2024).
