Marta Mamak specialises in civil law and banking law. Her interests also include matters in the area of administrative and court-administrative proceedings.

She graduated with honours from Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. Multiple scholarship holder of the Rector of the Jagiellonian University for the best students. She passed the international exam in legal English by obtaining TOLES HIGHER certificate. Participant of many legal scientific conferences.

From 2024, a trainee advocate at the Cracow District Bar Council.
