He specializes in capital market law, with particular emphasis on investment fund law. His interests also include legal issues related to the activities of capital companies.

Since 2010, he has been professionally associated with the capital market. He has participated in the creation and comprehensive servicing of several dozen investment funds, including in the context of transactional support. He advised financial institutions on the creation of new investment products and participated in implementation work. He provided legal advisory services to financial institutions regarding their ongoing operations and in relation to administrative proceedings.

Before joining the Law firm, he gained experience at a prestigious law firm in Warsaw, in the legal departments of two investment fund management companies and a bank, and also served as a compliance officer in the investment fund management company.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw (2011) and postgraduate studies in New Technologies Law at the Institute of Legal Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences (2019).

Since 2020, a attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. From 2017 to 2020, an advocate at the Warsaw Bar Association.
