Provided legal advice during one of the largest corporate disputes in Poland regarding rights attached to shares. Tomasz Spyra PhD also collaborated with Polish and foreign banks with respect to banking law, anti-monopoly and consumer protection, large credit facility projects as well as restructuring of receivables and bankruptcy of the bank customers.
Author of numerous publications on banking law and bankruptcy law, a co-author of the commentary to banking law. Works also on the theory of the interpretation of law.
He collaborates with the Polish-German Center for Banking Law at the Jagiellonian University.
