Mr. Łękawski represents SPCG clients and advises in dispute resolution mainly in the field of civil and commercial law. He participates in court matters related to the performance of contracts, liability for damages, real estate transactions, securing debts, as well as those related to combating unfair competition and protection of industrial property. He prepares and negotiates settlements at the pre-litigation and court stages.
His experience includes cooperation with clients from the banking sector, investment funds, real estate and development companies as well as entities operating in renewable energy sources sector.
He advises in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, including acting as a creditors' representative in creditors' committees and creditors' meetings.
He also has experience in transactions related to the merger and acquisition of companies and their restructuring.
He completed postgraduate studies in "Intellectual Property Law" and "Mediation and other methods of alternative dispute resolution" at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow.
