He specializes in civil cases and advising on legal aspects of the day-to-day operations of business entities, in particular in the field of corporate and companies law, civil law and public procurement law.
He represents the SPCG's clients in numerous disputes related to running a business, both at the pre-trial stage, as well as before common courts (including mediation proceedings) and in enforcement proceedings.
He advises in the mergers and acquisitions transactions as well as in numerous contractual negotiations. He also supports the SPCG's clients in matters related to public procurement law, including representation in proceedings before the National Appeals Chamber.
Marcin Myszogląd completed law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Silesian University in 2006. In 2010, he completed the PhD program at the same university and in 2012 he obtained the diploma of the doctor of law, defending his PhD thesis on the ignorantia iuris nocet principle and its theoretical and legal aspects at the faculty of law theory and philosophy.
