Jacek Budzik specialises in business law, including competition law as well as regulatory and criminal law aspects of business. He also advises and handles litigation relating to construction investments.
In addition to the law studies completed at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University he also is a graduate of the European studies at the Faculty of International and Political Studies of the Jagiellonian University. A research scholarship holder at the University of the West of England in Bristol (UK). He also completed Postgraduate studies in business management at the Cracow Business School of the Cracow University of Economics. He is currently pursuing the University of London LLM programme (University College London / Queen Mary University).
