Alior Bank, BNP Paribas and PKO Bank Polski, which represent approx. 30% assets of the Polish banking sector, in agreement with existing investors – Innovation Nest and Black Pearls – have invested in Autenti, a Polish fintech offering a platform for paperless electronic contract signing and digital document circulation. This is the first joint transaction of this type and carried out on an equal basis in the Central and Eastern Europe region. The financing round just closed amounted to PLN 17 million.
