SPCG advised Immobiliaria Camins SAU registered in Andorra on the sale of Immobiliaria Camins Polska sp. z o.o., which is a perpetual usufructuary of the property at ul. Dolnych Młynów 10 in Cracow, for NOHO Investment sp. z o.o., sp.k. The transaction – one of the most important real estate transactions of the year in Cracow – was completed in December 2020.
On the property at ul. Dolnych Młynów 10 in Cracow was the former Imperial-Royal Tobacco Factory. Recently, a popular complex of bars, clubs and restaurants has operated in this area. Both the complex of historic post-industrial buildings and the land on which they are located is a unique place in Cracow as well in the scale of Poland.
