It is our great pleasure to announce that Agnieszka Kołodziej-Arendarska and Łukasz Przyborowski PhD, former Counsels, have joined the group of SPCG’s Partners.

They have both been associated with the firm for over 15 years and in their legal career at SPCG they have gone through all levels in the firm’s structure.

Ms Kołodziej-Arendarska specialises in M&A projects, corporate law, and reporting obligations of public companies (in particular under MAR). She also participated in securitisation projects and sales of receivables’ portfolios.

Mr Przyborowski specialises in banking law as well as real estate law and legal aspects of infrastructure investments (mainly in the field of renewable energy) at all stages of their development.
