Our lawyers are also experts in advising services to foreign entities from the EU with regards to regulated activity in Poland based on the European single passport, including development of the applicable documentation and representation before the Financial Supervision Authority.

We regularly collaborate with the Chamber of Fund and Asset Management (IZFiA) with regards to legislation works and the creation of environment standards for investment fund businesses and they funds they manage.
