The Polish Council of Entrepreneurs (Polska Rada Przedsiębiorców – PRP) was inaugurated on Monday 29 January. It will be an advisory body of the Employers of the Republic of Poland (Pracodawcy RP) – one of the largest business organisations in Poland. It is also intended to be a bridge between entrepreneurs and the Polish government.
The PRP was established on the initiative of business and was formed by dozens of representatives of the largest Polish companies. Also present among them are entities of the legal advisory services market, including the SPCG Law Firm, represented at the inaugural meeting by its co-founder and Managing Partner, Jakub Górski PhD.
According to the initiators and PRP chairman Rafal Brzóska, the Polish Council of Entrepreneurs is to be a leading force in the transformation process, steering the Polish economy into a future based on innovation, sustainable development and a strengthened position on the international stage.
I am deeply convinced that the establishment of the Polish Council of Entrepreneurs is another opening for a constructive dialogue between the business sector and the government. This cooperation is crucial for the effective creation of conditions conducive to the economic development of our country,” added Rafał Dutkiewicz, head of the Employers of the Republic of Poland.
At Monday’s meeting, the Council presented a list of the most important objectives set for itself, and these are presented below. Representatives of the SPCG legal team will participate in the working groups.
