At the end of June this year the 10th edition of The Banking Regulation Review was released. The publication of the British publishing house Law Business Research Ltd is a recognized compendium of legal knowledge and analysis regarding the banking sector across 37 jurisdictions.
In a chapter devoted to Polish jurisdiction, developed by SPCG lawyers, the authors cross-sectionally analyze the banking sector in Poland, pointing to the most important trends and changes that this sector underwent in the passed year.
