Dorota Dziadykiewicz specializes in economic criminal cases and matters related to running a business. She provides legal assistance in criminal cases at every stage of the proceedings (from the moment of arrest and the prosecutor's submission of a request for temporary detention to the court, to the conclusion of the court proceedings, including legal assistance in enforcement proceedings).
She also offers advice on corporate law, including the handling of meetings of company bodies under commercial law, preparing legal opinions on commercial company law, and investment agreements.
Additionally, she has experience in labor law, advising clients on issues related to the employment of foreigners and employment in international institutions.
At SPCG, she represents clients in disputes related to civil and banking law.
She gained her experience in leading law firms in Wrocław.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wrocław. A member of the Bar Association in Wrocław.
