Kamila Kubiak specialises in civil law litigation, including dispute resolution in the field of banking law.

She gained her professional experience in law firms in Lodz and Warsaw, advising in matters in the broad field of civil, business and family law.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź, as well as postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property Law at the Jagiellonian University.

From 2022, a trainee advocate at the Warsaw District Bar. Member of the Civil Law and Procedure Section and the Copyright and New Technologies Section of the Warsaw District Bar.
