Maksymilian Olejniczak specialises in tax law, with a particular focus on tax and administrative court proceedings. His interests also include matters related to alternative disputes resolution.
He supports clients, among others, at the stage of investigation activities, tax audits, customs/treasury audits as well as enforcement activities. He assists clients in preparing internal procedures to mitigate tax risks. He also advises on M&A transactions and corporate reorganisations.
He acts both as a defence attorney and an attorney within criminal and fiscal-penal proceedings.
Prior to joining SPCG, he gained experience at, among others, one of the Big Four firms and one of the largest independent law firms in Poland.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. During his studies, he participated in the ERASMUS+ programme at the University of Helsinki and was a volunteer at the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights.
He is a member of, among others, the public law and compliance section at the Warsaw Regional Bar Council.
