Michał Kleszcz specializes in civil law, civil proceedings and criminal law. He also has experience in the field of labour and social security law.

Before joining SPCG, he worked for many years in the Office of the Human Rights Defender and ran his own law firm.

He completed post-graduate studies in business and commercial law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia.
